As a Foreman, you will lead our dedicated crews in delivering top-quality municipal water and sewer projects. Based in the Greater Moncton Area, you'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a crew of 10 to 12 members, ensuring productivity, safety, and morale.
• Coordinate daily operations, solve challenges, and make critical decisions on-site.
• Uphold our core values: results-driven, humble, and hardworking, while building a positive team culture.
• Oversee work around high-risk areas such as gas lines, infrastructure, and utilities with precision and care.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years in municipal infrastructure, water, sewer, heavy civil, paving, or concrete, with at least 1 year as a construction supervisor.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
• Must have a valid license with a clean driving record.
• Strong focus on accountability, attention to detail, and fostering teamwork.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and support your crew through challenges.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally.
