We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team, focusing on the Main Excavator or Backfill roles. If you're a reliable and detail-oriented operator with a passion for safety and excellence, this is your chance to work with a dynamic team while enjoying a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a four-day workweek!

What You'll Do:

• Skillfully operate heavy equipment, including the Main Excavator or Bulldozer, for municipal infrastructure projects.
• Operate around live utilities, gas lines, infrastructure, and workers with the utmost care and precision.
• Perform precise excavations while minimizing disruptions to surrounding areas.
• Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance to ensure peak performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years as a Heavy Equipment Operator; water and sewer or underground utilities experience is highly preferred.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license is required; Class 1 or 3 licenses are a plus.
• A focus-driven attitude with a commitment to safety, teamwork, and getting results.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and follow directions from supervisors and teammates.
